Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking your safari

1. Introduction

Welcome to Tanzania Safari Trips. By booking a safari package with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms govern the relationship between Tanzania Safari Trips and our clients.

2. Booking & Payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and emergency evacuation. Tanzania Safari Trips is not responsible for any losses due to lack of insurance.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client's health condition poses a risk to themselves or others. All clients must follow safety instructions provided by guides.

6. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to follow the published itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to weather conditions, wildlife movements, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.

7. Liability

Tanzania Safari Trips shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, or personal accidents.
